Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) Prohibition Policy

Purpose

This policy establishes strict guidelines to prevent, detect, and respond to any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) within the SozialMe platform. Our commitment is to ensure a safe environment for all users, especially minors.

Scope

This policy applies to:

  • All users of SozialMe
  • All content uploaded, shared, or transmitted through the app
  • All employees, contractors, and partners involved in app operations

Policy Statement

SozialMe has zero tolerance for any activity involving child sexual abuse or exploitation. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Sharing, uploading, or distributing child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
  • Grooming or attempting to groom minors
  • Soliciting sexual content from minors
  • Any behavior that facilitates CSAE

Prohibited Content and Activities

  • Images, videos, or text depicting sexual abuse of minors
  • Links to external sites containing CSAM
  • Conversations or messages that encourage sexual activity with minors
  • Use of the app to arrange meetings for sexual exploitation

Detection and Reporting

  • Automated systems, human moderators and safeguarding focal point will monitor for CSAE indicators.
  • Users must report any suspected or actual CSAE activity via the in-app reporting feature.
  • Reports will be reviewed promptly, and appropriate action will be taken, including removal of CSAM, account suspension and reporting to law enforcement.

Enforcement

Violations of this policy will result in:

  • Immediate removal of offending content
  • Permanent suspension of the user account
  • Notification to relevant authorities in compliance with applicable laws

Legal Compliance and Self-Certification

SozialMe complies with all applicable child safety laws and regulations.

  • Local and international child protection laws
  • Mandatory reporting requirements of confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the relevant regional authority.
  • Cooperation with law enforcement and child protection agencies

User Education

We provide resources and guidelines to help users recognize and report CSAE.

Review and Updates

This policy will be reviewed annually and updated as necessary to reflect changes in law and best practices.
